| About half a century,Chinese coal industry has been fully appreciated,and the technical aspects emerge a qualitative leap.However,in the process of development is not without a hitch,such as it always leads to dangerous accidents on condtion of that the solid multiphase fluid flowing through the pipe and other equipment when corrosion and wear easily,these aspects have been plaguing the safe operation of the device.Because it is difficult to guarantee the material particle size,and abrasive wear and corrosion resistance of the pipeline as well as the phenomenon of the pipe perforation increased,the current project always use more stuff to increase the wall or enhanced the resistance of material to abrasion resistant material aspects,but greatly improving the overall cost of coal-oil production,but the improved and corrosion resistance of the pipeline has not been effectively addressed,so as to research the characteristic of pipeline,optimizing the entire piping system seems particularly important.In the paper,I take the three-phase flow as the object,and taking China Shenhua Coal Liquefaction device as the background,on the device involved in the high temperature and high pressure piping systems solid holdup mechanism for corrosion and wear.I take the existing mining as the basis,modeling the gassed flow piping system and analysing the flow of wear and corrosion resistance,and then use the turbulence model,multiphase flow model and the discrete model calculates the outlet liquid phase flow field,drawing solids in the liquid pressure in the pipeline distribution,velocity distribution,angle of impact and shock wear model and analyzing their impact.According to fluid dynamics software to compare different diameters,different diameter and bending characteristics of the solid particles obtained under different conditions of hydrodynamic model and then analyzes the wear parts for pipe corrosion laws,and the simulation results are given.Conclusion of the experiment conditions are in a constant state of rest,the pipeline wear rate becomes large as the pipe diameter decreases,and the pipe diameter of the optimal site conditions have determined depending on the time,such as the solid particles have a shape factor,particle the diameter of the pipe shape,etc.,into account.In this paper,Chinese Shenhua Coal Oil pipeline system gives the optimal reference,based on an analysis optimized piping system can greatly reduce the wear rate,in terms of cost savings and apparatus for continuous operation aspects have a significant effect. |
