Oilfield widespread the oil/water two streams and gas/water three streams,the research of three streams is a long and formidable task,the gas/liquid two streams and oil/water two streams are the foundation and the key of three streams.This topic is in the vertical small pipe multiphase streams experiment platform of the Daqing Oilfield,added to the diameter of 20mm experimental apparatus,in the condition of all affluxion and no leakage,research the dynamic response law of the flux,pressure and water-cut measuring instruments in the oil/water two streams,this has laid a solid foundation for the three streams study.Experimental results show that the repeatability,consistency and regularity of measuring instruments are remarkable in the condition of vertical small pipe three streams experimental apparatus and oil/water two streams.The experimental results of turbine flowmeter show,the output frequency of turbine is relation to flux and pipe diameter,regardless of water-cut and experimental medium.The experimental results of conductance correlation flowmeter show,when the water-cut is in the same,the lower the flow rate,the greater the waveness,oil and water slippage phenomenon is more serious;the higher the flow rate,the smaller the waveness,oil and water slippage phenomenon is less obvious.The experimental results of resistance water-cut meter show,for a fixed water-cut value,when the flux is below a certain value,the lower the flux,the greater the water holdup,oil and water slippage phenomenon is more serious;even if the water-cut is low in the flow segment of unaffected the slippage velocity,but also to ensure the water as the continuous phase.The experimental results of differential pressure density meter show,when the water-cut is the same,differential pressure increases gradually with the increase of flux;when the flux is the same(flux is less than 20m3/d),differential pressure increase the small magnitude and equal to the differential pressure values with the increase of water-cut;but when the flux is greater than 20m3/d,the response curve of differential pressure value with water-cut changes has wave peak,and with the flow rate increases,the peak shifted to the right.Based on the fluid flow of complexity of the production logging,the subject refer the mode of oil/water two streams of the University of Tulsa Flores,to combine with resistance water-cut measurement results,and to compare analysis of fluid in the flow distribution and the flow structure,which is in the different flux and different water-cut condition.Divided into four flow pattern,Which are oil in water dispersion flow,oil in water small dispersed flow,water in oil block wave cyclone,water in oil block spin wave and current.After investigating of the oil/water two streams drift mode,construct a parameter group,and analy of experimental data.Experiment verifies that water-cut explaination' model has high accuracy in the condition of the vertical small pipe and the oil/water two streams,and the maximum error of 4.9.This thesis is of great significance under the condition of oil/water two streams,laying the groundwork for the study multiphase flow well logging technology.
