S-block is a gas field featured with low pressure,low permeability and low abundance,which is extremely hard to develop.The single well production is low while developing with convention al development process.In recent years,the use of horizontal well technique has made a breakthrough in improving single well production.Horizontal well segment fracturing technique mainly adopts "segment fracturing completion technology in horizontal open-hole wells",and it has been a comparatively perfect technology.But when horizontal section is too long,there will be much more packers and bigger friction and pressure in tubular column,which might cause the deformation of downhole tubing.If the fracturing ball could not pass through and it will increase the risk of construction and limitation of mechanical section.Therefore,based on the "mechanical segment fracturing completion technology in horizontal open-hole wells" and combining with the foreign ideas about volume fracturing of tight gas,this article carries out the issue of research and application of segment multi-fracture volume fracturing technique in horizontal wells.By establishing various mechanical models,this article focuses on adaptability research of segment multi-fracture volume fracturing technique,ensures to find out the corresponding reservoir conditions in different volume fracturing modes.With the finite element analysis software and in the form of flowing experimental apparatus,we make optimization study of segment multi-fracture volume fracturing technique.We study the fracturing scale optimization through establishing analytical model of fracturing horizontal well productivity,and doing orthogonal numerical experiment.The segment multi-fracture volume fracturing technique in horizontal wells is characterized by:(1)the conventional segment fracturing can only be used within the high permeability layer,it can be seldom used in level of low permeability layer.And the segment multi-fracture volume fracturing technique can be effectively used in level of different permeability layer,in this way,it improves the single well production and ultimate recovery.(2)the technology is suitable for the segment completion of casing pipe or open-hole horizontal wells.It can greatly reduce the amount of piecewise fracturing tools onto the wells,and improve the reconstruction efficiency of horizontal well(2 of more fracture in segment volume fracturing).According to the on-site test,analysis of result in production increases,the construction cost and economic benefit is made,which shows that the technology not only has effect in improving the gas production,but also increase the economic benefit remarkably.
