Technology Research Of Deep-sea Oil And Gas Field With High Temperature And High Pressure Drilling

According to the development to the ocean deep sea international oil resource exploitation trend,combined with the domestic advanced technology of offshore oil exploitation,research on deepwater drilling and production technology.Through the selection of the Gulf of Mexico deepwater oil wells data somewhere,deep mining of well depth design,structure should be how to choose casing materials;marine environment,drilling and production environment temperature from room temperature to zero by the well depth increases gradually warming pressure conditions,how to choose reasonable and suitable for cement choose sea note cement technology.In the ocean under high temperature and high pressure drilling,the casing and tubing,measuring equipment,acquisition equipment is different from the common well when using land.The marine environment and shallow flow,seabed surface soft soil,separation and storage and transportation of oil and gas resources is a problem encountered in marine drilling industry,this paper will aim at these problems,the new technology of marine drilling industry.Through the study of marine drilling technology,draws the following conclusion.Tail pipe or rotating liner cementing can save cement mass;adding silica fume,anti the cementing work properties of cement can be very good to complete the HTHP well cementing;catheter can prevent the seabed surface soil rupture collapse problem;floating production system is the most suitable method in deep-sea oil production.Deep sea mining is the future development trend of petroleum development,how to be more economic,scientific to mining,marine environmental protection,safety is the human should go to the pursuit of the goal.
