The Research And Application Of Oil Production And Gathing Energy Saving In Niuxintuo Oilfield

The Liaohe Niuxintuo oilfield belongs to the high pour point heavy oilfield,in the past twenty years development,the main mode of production is Closed Hot Water Circulation production technology,the auxiliary mode is Electric Heating.But this production mode consists in high energy consumption,too large pipe,operating costs.In order to achieve better economic,starting from Niuxintuo oilfield development status,this paper research and analys the main reason for the excessive energy consumption,and then found the principal contradiction of that.The study found that high energy consumption is due to irrational way of exploitation.According to the research results,we implement the overall production methods conversion in the Niuxintuo oilfield:Convert the original way of exploitation(Closed Hot Water Circulation,Electric Heating)into the exploitation way of dry pumping mainly,electric heating,oilbailing supplemently.Promote the use of laboratory tests,field tests completed nearly a year of implementation of the project and achieved good results,basically reached the intended purpose.
