Nitrogen or nitrogen substituted naphthol compound has a biological activity, have important uses in the synthesis of anticancer dr ugs, antibacterial drugs and anti-HIV drugs or the like. In addition, nitrogen or nitrogen substituted naphthol compound having one chiral center due to ease of coordinating nitrogen atom, can be used for asymmetric synthesis of the ligand of the organometallic catalyst, the synthesis method and application in the home and abroad widespread attention by people.In addition, the multi-component chemical reaction has easy to operate, easier preparation of starting materials, resource utilization, atom economy and higher selectivity characteristics, is an important class of organic reactions, it is not only in the design and synthesis of a large number of new drugs application, but also in the synthesis of combinatorial chemistry and natural products are also w idely applied.This paper from the perspective of environmental friendly, focuses on the multi-component reaction of 1-naphthol, amines and aldehydes, and successfully synthesized amino naphthalene phenolic compounds and imine naphthalene phenolic compounds.This thesis is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1In recent years, the application of this chapter and synthetic nitrogen or nitrogen substituted naphthalene phenolic compounds both do a more detailed summary.Chapter 2This chapter studies the reaction at the metal aluminum catalyzed 1-naphthol, aldehydes and amines, after exploring draw 1-naphthol, aldehydes and amines react after a series of amino(or imino) naphthol compounds, such compounds discovered a method for both green and simple methods.Chapter 3This chapter studies using naphthol compound and paraformaldehyde in acetic acid solution, the reaction of ammonium acetate promoted the synthesis hydroxynaphthalene-carboxaldehyde compounds. Compared with the method reported in the literature, this method has the reaction conditions is simple, fast, high yield, simple post-processing features.
