Electric dehydrator is currently the most widely used,efficient and powerful kind of oil-water separation equipment,especially under the conditions of in the joint action of the chemical demulsifier,its production is more stability and reliability compared with other dewatering methods.With the crude oil emulsion dehydration difficulty growing,leading to dehydration equipment often does not work,and appear as:oil-water interface is unclear,upon excessive oil off the water,electric dehydrator frequent trips,take the cans,etc.,and the dehydration process difficulties often lead to electric dehydrator a "collapse farms",resulting in a huge waste of energy,and even burned electrical equipment,affecting the normal operation of crude oil dehydration system.Therefore,the indicators electric dehydrator can meet the design requirements,crude oil production run electric dehydrator dynamic management plays a decisive role.Electric dehydrator design parameter is based on the use of physical properties of the initial emulsion and the designer according to emulsion physical properties changes.Therefore,the electric dehydrator dynamic management of crude oil production plays a decisive role in deciding whether the indicators meet the design requirements or not,In this paper,mainly analyze the "Apricot Three Union Station" electric dehydrator reasons for not running smoothly,under the use of optimization methods and field experiments to find the suitable operating parameters,only if under the operating pressure,operating temperature,electric field strength,settling time and demulsifier dosing concentration,but also the electrical equipment can perform technical and stability,without clogging the conditions inside the device.It can ensure the electric dehydrator operate stable,safe and reliable.Therefore,based on the existing electric dehydrator lessons learned,identifying the smooth running of electric dehydrator parameter will greatly improve oil and gas gathering and transportation system efficiency of dehydration.
