Changling Denglouku Gas field Gas proved gas bearing area 33.21km2,reserves of172.88 × 108m3,the effective development of the gas reservoir of Jilin oilfield natural gas continues to produce significant.Denglouku formation gas reservoir belongs to low porosity,low permeability,tight sandstone gas reservoir,to the efficient development of tight gas reservoir,Changling development of Denglouku 2000 meters of horizontal well optimization design research and provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of 2000 meters of horizontal segment can,have important theoretical significance to the concrete drilling.This paper analyzed and studied the various profiles were compared,the long horizontal section of horizontal well trajectory design principles;the horizontal well pipe string friction friction torque calculation model;inversion of the important parameters of friction coefficient,prediction and analysis of the string in the resistance;friction frictional torque angle and completion pipe string into the ability on the horizontal section of the mechanical extension limit analyses.This paper tightly Denglouku 2000 meters of horizontal well optimization design is carried out around the Changling,the main work includes:(1)the optimizing design of the profile of Changling Denglouku 2000 meters of horizontal wells.(2)to two kinds of borehole different drilling conditions of drill string friction friction torque was analyzed,and the twisting reducing technical scheme corresponding reduction friction.(3)to two kinds of well completion pipe string into the resistance makes forecast analysis,and gives the scheme of the rigid roller centralizer placement.(4)as string into the ability from the friction friction torque and completion pipe,two kinds of borehole level mechanical extension limit analyses.On the basis of the research results and combining with the practice,this paper finally from the wellbore quality,eliminate cuttings bed,casing etc.to put forward specific proposals,forecast the level reached by length.
