Nitrogen is one of the main Water pollutants,Which is serious in our country.The traditional biological nitrogen removal process of nitrification and denitrification are separationin time or space,Which are complexity,large energy consumption and operation inconvenience.Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification is a new biological nitrogen removal process developed in recent years,which can not only reduce the volume of sludge,but also shorten the process of biological nitrogen removal process,then has good prospect of Engineering application.This study researched the pathway of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and emission of N2O during the degradation process of strain aerobic denitrifying bacteria?Alcaligenes denitrificans TB?.?1?The nitrogen gaseous products analysis showed that the major final gasproducts in the process of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification degradation of ammonia by strain TB is N2,with a small amount of N2O.It was found that the intermediate productof ammonia nitrogen transform to N2O or N2 was not hydroxylamine.The degradation pathway of ammonia by strain TB was the short simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and the whole simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.And the whole process of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification accounted for 35.7%of the total amount of ammonia nitrogen removal.?2?The experimentsshow that The optimum reaction conditions for nitrogen removal by strain TB is:sodium succinate surver as carbonsource,pH 7,temperature 30?,the speed is 160 rpm,after 20 h culture condition,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen has a good removal efficiency,the removal rate can reach 95.23%,76.32%,ammonia nitrogen removal ability of 9.236 mg/L·h.?3?N2O accumulation and transformation is sensitive to nitrite nitrogen concentration,and showed a very strong positive correlation rules with nitrite nitrogen concentration.When the reaction conditions is under 2030?,C/N equal 8:1,pH equal 6.07.0,the speed equal150200 rpm,the accumulation of N2O is the leastest.Including C/N,temperature and dissolved oxygen mainly affect nitrite nitrogen accumulationin the reaction,thus indirectly caused the accumulation of N2O,low C/N,high temperature and low dissolved oxygen can lead to the accumulation of nitrite nitrogen and N2O;pH is too low will lead to the accumulation of a large number of N2O,and high pH inhibit strain TB denitrification,then the N2O accumulation was smaller.
