| The stainless steel is widely used in every field. In the aeros space, the original stainless steel hasn’t been satisfied with the need of the new product.In order to demand the contentedness, a kind of new high strength stainless steel S-06 is produced. In this paper investigated the technology and the part forming process made of this new material. The main research and results as follows:(1)Bending and flanging of stamping are reviewed. This paper introduces hardening index, value of plastic strain ratio, yield strength, tensile strength, even percentage elongation. The resuit indicates that S-06 steel has better stamping properties, which has a certain guidance function in the stamping production.(2) This paper introduces the tensile test, cold bending test, hole flanging, properties test in different direction and metallographical examination for S-06 steel that have been done. By a number of experiments, some date of S-06 technology are attained. According results, S-06 the high and strong stainless steel can used stamping forming.(3) Discussed on the component structure, the part forming possesses bending forming and flanging forming. Because stamping forming reduced cost, so it is adopted. From requirements in forming process and dies, blank dimension is calculated, several dies in different process are designed.(4) Based on DEFORM software, forming process of two kind of parts are simulated. By this kind of simulation, blank and dies are reasonable. Good parts can be made.(5) A3 steel and S-06 steel are used to test. The production is splited. metallographical examination, mechanical properties examination and wall thickness examination have been done. date is tested by experiments, the tested result comports with simulated result. Part conforms to drawing. The results show that simulated is correct, test technique can be done. Qualified parts are produced. which has a certain guidance function in the stamping three-way half pipe for S-06-high strength stainless steel. |
