After decades of development of Jidong oil fields,we need for fine reservoir interpretation because the reservoir internal structure is extremely complex on aspect of oil and water distribution.The former research shows that a lot of work has done on ultra-water layer interpretation and evaluation.While the basic methods such as experience formula and single regression which are not applicable for the actual formation on ultra-water phase are still used to establish logging interpretation model.This article did a large number of experiments at first to establish the logging interpretation model including shale content,porosity,permeability,water sat uration and residual oil saturation of ultra-water layer with regional geological data,core data,analysis of laboratory test data,logging data and production data of the inspection well and the contrast well for studying the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their applicability.Then choose multiple stepwise regression to avoid the problem that the interpretation model is not applicable to the actual formation dependence on experience formula combined with four parameters' characteristics and their relations of the reservoir to establish the logging interpretation model of ultra-water layer.These models were finally evaluated on the application effect using three ways covered the cross plot,the distribution of contrast well and the absolute error of the study area for a foundation of reservoir logging evaluation on determining phase.It proved these models meet operating requirements.
