| Paraffin deposition is a very universal problem in the production of crude oil.The paraffin could occur in the reservoir,wellbore and surface pipeline,especially in the wellbore.The oil channel would be blocked if the wax is deposited in the wellbore,which often reduces the oil productivity and even causes the tube and rod break down,resulting wells shut down.It is a difficult technical problem for oilf ields to prevent and clear the wax in wells.In this paper,we systemly studied the wax deposition problems in the Yong’an oilf ield including wax depositon mechanism,wax prevention and paraffin removal measures by the methods of theoretical analysis,experimental research and field test.Basing on the theory of the wax deposition mechanism and univers al laws,the basic properties and damage of paraffin deposition in Yong’an oilf ield was analyzed and summarized in this paper establishing in the actual production of oilf ield and f ield test.It is reconsidered of the basic principle and technology of paraffin prevention and removal in many oilfields.A new measure was proposed for Yong ’an oilfield of paraffin prevention and removal.A complete set of process was summarized for wells paraffin deposition of tracking decision,formaulate mesasure and effect analysis.For exactly knowing the wax deposition condition,the important parameters of oil wells were monitored including well load,power consumption and liquid produciton using technology monitoring measures of existing oil wells.The technique of wax prevention and cleaning was screened and optimized.In the production process,the technique measures should be constantly applied for increasing production of oil wells and improving oil production efficiency. |
