The process of High Sour Natural Gas Desulphurization for Chuanke number 1well was studing,gathering process at ordinary temperatures,heating by two stage,pressure reduction by two stages were used.Desulfurization and sulfur recovery process was compared,and the process of sulfure removal with chelated iron was found having many advantages,which the key equipment and medicament can be localized manufacturing,the solution can be recycled,and Investment,consumption and operating cost was low.And finally the process of sulfure removal with chelated iron was secelected.The equipment of process of sulfure removal with chelated iron of this project was optimized according past launch experience and status quo of this project,including the system of absorption process,regeneration process,filtrating equipment and Solution cooling system.and the corrosion problem of complex iron solution was also considered,and finally modular designing was used for the equipment.Problems encountered in the process of document were summaried,and modification measures were also improved.Among which,the phenomenon of sulfur blockage,too large of the Mercaptan,too large of the surplus capacity for the system,the absorbtion of the first absorber and way of sewage belong to the process design;the problems of regeneration tank,sulfur foam tank,separating tank,roots blower,vacuum-type drum filter,blender and pumps belong to the design and choice of equipment.
