The emissions of daily life and industrial oily wastewater and oil spills on the sea,is not only a waste of resources but also induce environment problems and even endanger the safety of human life.In order to deal with this problem,owing to the progress of the research on the interface science,people introduced the special wettability materials into the fields of oil/water separation.We fabricated micro/nano rough structure on polyester cotton blended substrate by different methods,and modified with low surface energy mat to prepare textile with special wettability.Then,the prepared textiles with bidirectional wettability in oil/water separation controlled by the post treatment were obtained.After the treatment,the membrane material can be controlled by external stimulation to achieve the reversible wettability transition,that is to achieve the purpose of oil or water separation.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Preparation and application of membrane materials with special wettability for oil/water separation.Through researching on the variation wettability of the fabric with changing process conditions as in situ polymerization of polyaniline deposited onto the polyester cotton blended fabric,which found a suitable polymerization temperature,doping acid concentration,the combinatorial concentration and baking temperature to obtain the superhydrophobic textiles.As the result of polyaniline doping and off doped performance as well as its own transformation structure,the wettability of the fabric could be switched from superhydrophobic / superoleophilic to super hydrophilic / underwater superoleophobic performance after sodium hydroxide alkaline solution treatment.In addition,the Re-doping of polyaniline made the reversible cyclic transition between these two kinds of special infiltration modes.As the fabric membrane was applied to the oil-water separation,the separation of a simple oil/water mixture could be achieved,and the separation efficiency was 98%,separation cycles reached more than 80 times,the wettability of the 2 reversible cycle was realized.After friction 2100 times,the fabric still had hydrophobic properties and performance anti friction performance.Preparation of special wettability fabric with rapid transition and its application in oil/water separation.First of all,the chemical plating copper layer deposited on the surface of polyester cotton blended fabric is uniform and density,twelve acid and sodium hydroxide surface modification made the fabric wettability reversible transition.Copper hydroxide nanowires grown based on alkali assisted oxidation method on the uniform and density plating copper fabric,and then soaked in acid twelve ethanol solution,a reversible fast changing special wettability fabric was obtained by changing the oxidation etching time,alkali concentration of oxidant,twelve acid dipping time,concentration of twelve acid.Because the twelve acid not only has the properties of low surface energy mat,but also has the performance of acid,after sodium hydroxide alkaline solution treatment,the wettability of the fabric varied from super hydrophobic / super hydrophilic to super hydrophilic / underwater superoleophobic.In addition,the surface modification with the twelve acid deposition sodium hydroxide treatment could realized the reversible conversion between the two infiltration modes.In the application of the oil / water / oil comp lex mixture system with a continuous separation process,the performance of super hydrophobic / super oleophilic made oil infiltration and block water,then adding sodium hydroxide solution precipitate the wettability of fabrics changing to super hydrophilic / underwater superoleophobic properties with water passing through,so as to realize the controllable separation of oil or water.The fabric membrane was applied to the separation of oil/water mixture,the separation efficiency of simple oil/water mixture was 98%,the number of separation cycle reached more than 80 times,which could achieve the 5 reversible wettability transformation.
