With the miniaturization and popularization of financial equipment,OA office equipment and medical equipment,the demand of precision seamless belt with the characteristics of a compact structure,smooth transmission,high energy efficiency and long life is increasing.At present,the domestic researches on the new high-performance flat belt are mainly focused on large-scale mechanical transmission,but the research on precision seamless belt is relatively not enough.Nowadays the precision seamless belt produced in previous ways is not perfect,the rubber layer and the textile base are easy to crack,and the product life is not good.Therefore,it is not only helpful to improve the performance and service life of the precision seamless belt,but also very necessary to carry out researches on the precision seamless belt comprehensively and systematically.In this paper the forming technology of weft knitted seamless fabric without coil slippage,washing treatment and heat setting process based on precision seamless belt was studied;Improved the traditional binder impregnation method and proposed a new spray method to attach binder;The properties of precision seamless belt used 4 different kinds of polyester filaments were characterized by tensile fracture,elastic rebound,bending behavior and friction coefficient.The results showed that the polyester filament with high crimp,high density and high filament count can effectively prevent the puffed selvedge phenomenon of weft-flat cylinder and help the textile base to maintain the normal morphology during the follow-up process.By water washing treatment,although it can effectively remove dust and oil from textile surface,it will lead to the increase of longitudinal spirality and the thickness of plain knit cylinder fabric,causing the fabric to shrink in both directions and reduce the length of the loop,and this change increases with the increase of crimp degree and twisting degree of the polyester monofilament.The heat-setting of the textile base onto the mold can obviously reduce the skew angle and the thickness of the fabric,and increase the perimeter of the fabric and the length of the loop,and with the increase of heat setting temperature and time,the degree of this kind of change increases.The effect of heat-setting axial tension on the skew angle,perimeter,thickness,transverse density,longitudinal density,and loop length of PET seamless cylinder fabric is not obvious.The proposed new spray method can improve the bonding property of rubber and textile,and at the same time it is beneficial to reduce the use of adhesive to achieve cost reduction and environmental protection purposes.Compared with the current domestic level,the 4 different textile base belts of this study have significantly improved adhesive properties of rubber and textile base,stress relaxation rate under low stress and flexural properties of the belt.The rubber and the textile base no longer slip when the high curl polyester textile base is stretched and broken,and the integral of product is obviously improved.In this study,180? heat setting temperature,10 min heat setting time and 9 N heat setting tension as textile base heat setting parameters is selected as the optimal parameter of heat setting.Spray method is considered as an effective way for attaching adhesive and rubber liquid.By reference to the relevant industry standards,a friction tester was set up and can be used easily and quickly to test the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient of precision seamless belt and friction parts.In short,preparation technology of textile base,research results of composite technology of textile base and rubber,as well as the testing and evaluation methods of mechanical properties have practical reference significance for further research and development of high quality precision seamless belt.
