Porous materials are well known for their good permeability,low density,good adsorption,high specific surface area and light weight,and rapid progress were made in various research fields.This paper aims to research on cellulose,which is widely distributed in nature with great amount of reserves.Then cellulose porous three-dimensional materials were directly obtained by the method of non-solvent induced phase separation.In previous studies,the processes of cellulose porous materials preparation were complex and the pore size was difficult to control,and it required porogen.However,through the simplif ied method in this paper,the cellulose porous three-dimensional materials with graded pore structure and uniform pore distribution were obtained.This research contains the following four aspects:?1?The cellulose was dissolved into Li Cl/DMAc system,then the cellulose porous three-dimensional materials were prepared by the non-solvent induced phase separation.The characteristics were then researched through the FE-SEM,TGA,XRD and BET.The results showed that the cellulose porous three-dimensional materials were superior in pore size,mesoporous structure,low density,and large specific surface area.?2?With cellulose and titanium dioxide as raw materials,TiO2/cellulose porous three-dimensional composites materials were prepared by the method of non-solvent induced phase separation,its properties were then studied.The cellulose porous three-dimensional materials were characterized by FE-SEM,XRD and FTIR.The results show ed that titanium dioxide was evenly distributed in cellulose porous materials.?3?The porous three-dimensional carbon materials were obtained by high temperature carbonization of cellulose porous materials under nitrogen protection.The experimental results showed that the specific surface area of the carbonized porous three-dimensional mater ials is as high as 605m2/g,and the internal pores are large pores,mesoporous and micropores structure.The carbonized porous three-dimensional mater ials proved to be nonflammable and there is great potential of application in the field of high temperature adsorption.?4?The application of TiO2/cellulose porous three-dimensional composites materials in the photocatalytic degradation of textile dyes wastewater were researched and discussed.The photocatalytic degradation experiments under UV light show ed that TiO2/cellulose porous three-dimensional composites materials can decomposition dyes and produced better performance than titanium dioxide nanoparticles in methylene blue decomposing.Meanwhile,the TiO2/cellulose porous three-dimensional composites materials are excellent in reusable performance and photocatalytic efficiency?up to 99.34% till the ninth exper iements?.It is proved that the feasibility of the cellulose porous three-dimensional mater ials as photocatalyst carrier is of significance value for the practical application of the portable photo catalytic materials.
