The copper compounds with strong local surface plasmon resonance properties,which make it has a unique optical properties,especially in the near infrared region has a strong characteristic absorption.Carbon quantum dots are a new type of fluorescent nano materials,which have good biocompatibility,no light flicker and light bleaching.In this paper,a simple method for the synthesis of nanomaterials and their use for the detection of metal ions.Specific content for:1.The preparation of nano particles of sulfur compounds and the regulation of local surface plasmon resonance properties and applied to the detection of copper ion.By using ethylene glycol as solvent and reducing agent,PVP as coating agent,solvent thermal method and thermal injection method at different temperatures were prepared with different morphology and localized surface plasmon resonance properties of tunable chalcogenide nanocrystalline copper compounds.By changing the reaction temperature and adjusting the concentration of PVP,the morphology of the copper nanoparticles was changed and the local surface plasmon resonance absorption peak was changed.A novel SeSx nanoparticles with localized surface plasmon resonance?LSPR?properties were obtained by a simple redox reaction between two and Lcysteine.By adjusting the viscosity of the solution to control the S and Se ratio of nanoparticles to realize the control of the local surface plasmon resonance properties of the nanoparticles.The experimental results show that,we can control SeSx nanoparticles` absorption wavelength from the visible to near infrared region by regulating characteristics of regulation of localized surface plasmon resonance properties.The nano particles can react with the copper ion at room temperature after the combination with ascorbic acid,and then Cu2-xSe1-ySy nanocrystals are formed and the changes of the spectral properties are realized.2.The preparation of carbon quantum dots and their application in the detection of mercury ions.Using glucose as raw material,through a simple method synthesis carbon quantum dots with the excitation spectra of 346 nm,and emission spectra of 430 nm which has a specific response to mercury ions.By quenching in fluorescent carbon dots with mercury ions,so as to realize the rapid detection of mercury ions.
