Fatigue has a serious impact on work.Poor working environment have a stimulating effect on the sensory and easy to cause fatigue. The state can be directly and objectively reflected by the changes of physiological parameters.Among them,ECG signal is extremely sensitive to reflect the cardiovascular can reflect fatigue,EEG is considered to be the gold index of fatigue. At present, there are few reports about the effects of sensory stimulation on Fatigue based on physiological signals..In this paper,in accordance with the nature of work, the fatigue is divided into two types of mental fatigue and physical fatigue.By using the method of fatigue questionnaire and physiological signals, and determining the degree of fatigue from the subjective and objective. Two experiments were done in the sense of smell and sound in the sense of smell and hearing,In order to provide a theoretical basis for fatigue relief. This experiment is inclined to study the effects of the different odors on the recovery of the sports fatigue by using signals of electrocardiogram(ECG)and electroencephalogram(EEG),For the research purpose,we have tested ten subjects who are staying in the tired state. The above mentioned two odors can beapplied to the subjects as the olfactory stimuli, which were made from the eucalyptus essential oil and industrial sewage. The results showed that: the different odor will have different effects on the human body. The plant essential oils have significant effects on human neural activity, essential oil has great influence on the ECG and EEG,to exercise heart rate and fatigue recovery has a good effect.Eucalyptus oil can relieve fatigue better. This experiment is inclined to study the effects of the different music rhythms on the recovery of the work fatigue by conducting questionnaire survey according to Fatigue Scale-14 and by analyzing electrocardiogram(ECG)signals,The above mentioned two sets of music rhythm were used as stimuli, which were slow rhythm music(60-100 BPM)and fast rhythm music(120-160 BPM).The results of our trace-pursuing analyses on frequency domain index of heart rate variability(HRV): low-frequency(LF),high-frequency(HF)and low frequency and high frequency ratio(LF/HF).The results showed that music had no significant effect on heart rate variability, and had great influence on LF and HF.A short time to listen to slow rhythm music helps to restore the heart rate.Music so that the value of LF decreased,HF increased, enhances the excitement of HF,alleviate fatigue.
