Most of high and middle permeability reservoir are in the late stage of development,so low permeability reservoir with rich reserves is becoming increasingly important.For the difficulty of injection and benefit from injection of producing well in low permeability reservoir,it is necessary to study reasonable injection-production technology policy which is low permeability reservoir specialized,and this will improve the effect of water-flooding development.The development of related software based on the previous study is also necessary.Based on the analysis of development mechanism and characteristic of low-permeability reservoir,problems about injection-production technology policy for low-permeability reservoir are confirmed,that the injection-production system is imperfect,and rational optimization should be implemented on injection-production technology policy.Then,geological and development characteristics are analyzed about typical low-permeability district in Daqing Oilfield,and optimizing index for injection-production system are confirmed.In the case of Punan Fuyu district in Daqing Oilfield,technology policy of low-permeability district are studied with reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation method,including well-pattern adaptation,injection-production pressure system and injection-production parameters.In the part of well-pattern adaptation,well-pattern type and well spacing density are studied and analyzed,and injection pressure,production pressure,formation pressure and draw down pressure are studied in the part of pressure system,injection rate and injectionproduction rate are analyzed in the part of injection-production parameters,and rational technology policy index is given to the target district.By comprehensive analysis of technology policy,software about analysis of injectionproduction technology policy on low-permeability is written.With improved black-oil model which considered non-linear seepage mechanism of low-permeability as the core of the software,it can take effective simulation on three-dimension three-phase numerical simulation model.Modified optimization algorithm on technology policy integrates very well with the improved model,can analyze and evaluate production system of low-permeability,and achieved the functions of visualization on pre-processing and after-processing.User interface is well organized and software is easy-to-marketing application.Besides,practical evaluation is taken in the case of Daqing low-permeability district and rational injection-production technology policy is given.Finally,an analysis platform is brought into effect which integrated reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation,and this platform could provide powerful support for the policy making of injection-production technology of low-permeability.
