With the rapid development of society,we are more and more demand for oil and gas,and high and stable yield is the goal we pursue.Deep wells and ultra deep wells requires more reliabile rig because of the harsh environment.Reliable operation of the rotation system is the basis of the rig working as one of the eight rig system.So,this mainly had done a research for the reliability for the 7000 m rotary rigsFirstly,FMECA was used to analysis the turntable,faucet,rotation system,top drive system of the rotating system,and then summarized the failure modes and causes,the different hazard levels,and as well as preventive measures of the various subsystems of the deepwater offshore oil rig system.Secondly,this paper proposed a original random space calculation method for structural reliability of the rotating system based on the study of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing reliability calculation method-calculus point method,and then did the verification by comparing the two methods used the Monte Carlo simulation method.The calculation results of the original random space method was closer and more accurate than the calculus point method according to the Monte Carlo simulation results.The correspondence between the safety factor and reliability and the hydraulic system reliability calculation method were calculated by analyzing.MATLAB was used to write procedures and softwares to make reliability calculation easierThen,the original random space method and safety factor method were used to analyze the reliability of the carrying member of the 7000 m rotating system,and calculated the probability of failure and reliable indicators.Reliability calculation method of the hydraulic system was used to get the top drive hydraulic system reliability expression and its reliability trends.Finally,Bayesian network model was used to analyze the reliability of top drive systems.Failure probability and posterior probability of the events were calculated after the establishing of the Bayesian network model for top drive system.Preventive measures and risk control measures can be proposed pertinently according to the results.In this paper,the real-time monitoring software with LabVIEW was edited to monitor risk in the system during operation.So that we can solve the problem in a timely manner,further improve the system reliability.
