The mechanism of cyclic steam stimulation is analyzed and key indices such as steam injection parameter,well-bore heat loss and pressure drawdown are calculated based on several years' exploration of heavy-oil development technology in east area of Lukeqin oilfield.Based on the understanding of geology, the adaptability of supercritical cyclic steam stimulation technology in east area of Lukeqin is evaluated in combination of reservoir characteristics and fluid properties. The sensitive parameters are optimized. The effect of cyclic steam injection volume, steam injection speed, steam injection pressure and soak time on cyclic steam stimulation are analyzed. The injection technique of supercritical cyclic steam stimulation,high-pressure steam injection well mouth and its installation, string design, annulus heat insulation and casing protective measures are optimized, and the first 35 MPa supercritical steam generator in China is designed.Sucker rod pump lifting technique is optimized based on the condition of high temperature, heavy oil and sand production.Based on the laboratory study, field experiment had been conducted in Well Ying4Ping1,Well Ying 501 and Well Ying 503 H.Detailed field operation program is designed by optimizing steam injection boiler, well mouth and string design.During the operation, each information has been recorded, effect evaluation indices such as water recovery,oil-gas ratio and injection-production ratio are analyzed. The implementation effect, commercial efficiency and the effect of cyclic steam stimulation with nitrogen gas of field test are evaluated. The feasibility of supercritical cyclic steam stimulation technology for enhancing recovery in heavy oil production in east area of Lukeqin is discussed, which provided foundation to economic and effective producing of deep heavy oil in east area of Lukeqin.
