Nowadays,the drilling equipment in the oil field could be assembled by the rig personnel with a qualified pressure testing by the testing unit on national regulations.Therefore,the pressure testing unit is used in oil industry widely.The pressure testing unit is divided into two kinds unit mainly in domestic oil industry,one is high pressure testing unit and the other is low pressure testing unit.Because the technology of pressure testing has not yet refined,two kinds of pressure testing unit have own advantage and disadvantage obviously: high pressure testing unit could test high pressure level,but the displacement output is small and testing time is long;low pressure testing unit has a large displacement output,but the testing is low pressure level.However,two kinds of pressure testing unit could be controlled by manual without remote control function.This paper studies the High Efficiency Pressure Testing Unit is pressure testing device for the BOP,the choke manifold,oil well-head casing or other pressure parts.The device is consist of an integral hoisting base,low pressure hydraulic station,high pressure boosting system,pressure relief system and remote control system.The rated working pressure of the device is up to 105 MPa,accuracy level of testing system is up to 0.5 level,the displacement of the device is up to 0.5L/per stoke,working temperature is range-13~50?,the device realized manual and automatic control.The key of this paper is the combination of high pressure level and displacement output.High Efficiency Pressure Testing Unit uses a program to solve the above problems: the design of high pressure booster system and its hydraulic circuit,clever use of rapid booster cylinder,the use of its own proportion of high pressure booster technology to solve the system pressure high pressure problem.According to the characteristics of simple structure,stable performance and high discharge capacity of the rapid booster cylinder,the purpose of displacement output with high pressure level and rapid booster can be realized.The remote monitoring system uses industrial touch screen tablet PC for the host computer,the PLC as the next crew,the INTERBUS as the control system,the LabVIEW as the host computer software and RS-232 C serial communication control mode.The system can realize manual and automatic control.The function of system fault alarm can realize by the pressure sensor to transmit the pressure information of the system.The installation and actual commissioning of the system can meet the design requirements of the device.The High Efficiency Pressure Testing Unit of BOP is designed by mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and pneumatic technology.The structure of the device is compact,the design of each part is reasonable,the device is easy to operate and safe,and reach the advanced level at home and abroad.
