| It is important for detection of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in human serum.It could early diagnosis liver cancer with rapidly and accurately.Traditional immune surveillance were limited due to long analysis time,expensive analysis instrument and needing of professional operators.However,the immunosenser has been developed rapidly because of the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,save time and low cost.In this paper,different materias will be modified in the preparation of electrochemical immunosensor with high sensitivity.The electrochemical immunosensor was studied based a interfacial modification of electroactive materials on the electrode surface.The conductive polymer were used because of easy to modified the electrode surface and the excellent properties,such as environmental friendliness,high conductivity,good stability.Recently,the biomimetic materials have become one of the focal points in the development of immunosensor because of its excellent properties of film forming,simple preparation and good biocompatibility.Polydopamine at present is a kind of good secondary reaction platform caused the people’s extensive concern,because the structure of poly-dopamine containing amino and phenolic hydroxyl groups.This paper using electrodeposition method conducting polymer that modified on the electrode surface to build a series of highly sensitive and stability excellent electrochemical immunosensor.This experiment mainly include the following aspects:1.A simple amperometric immunosensor for the detection of AFP based on doped Polyaniline.The good electrochemical properties of PANI greatly improved the electron transfer and enhanced the electrochemical signal.The result shown that the immunosensor have excellent electrochemical properties with a wide concentration range from 0.01 to 50.0 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.008 ng/mL.The immunosensor possess preparation simple and good biocompatibility.2.A simple amperometric immunosensor for the detection of AFP based on polypyrrole-Ppolydopamine(PPy-PDA).The good electrochemical properties of PPy greatly improved the electron transfer rate and enhanced the electrochemical signal.The current method shown excellent electrochemical properties,a wide concentration range from 0.02 to 80.0 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.01 ng/mL.3.A immunosensor for the detecetion of AFP based on polyaniline and polydopamine(PANI-PDA).The good electrochemical properties of PANI greatly improved the electron transfer and enhanced the current signal.The immunosensor do not need a signal amplification reagent in the detection solution,as well as has the advantages of simple preparation,high sensitivity and good stability.The immunosensor have excellent electrochemical properties with a wide concentration range from 0.01 to 80.0 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.007 ng/mL.4.A immunosensor for the detecetion of AFP based on PoPD and N-doped porous carbon.The using of N-doped porous carbon greatly enhanced the biology catalytic activity the due to its large specific surface and excellent biocompatibility.PoPD has large amino which can improved its ability to fixed anti-AFP.The immunosensor have excellent electrochemical properties with a wide concentration range from 0.005 to 100.0 ng/mL and a detection limit of 0.0006 ng/mL. |
