Quality of products and cost of production are two significant indexes in the whole productive process. Combined with the technical characteristic of the cement pulverization production line, under the current situation of this current production line having lower automated level, This article reveals the pulverization control system based on Siemens SIMATIC fully integrated automated control platform.On the basis of introducing cement pulverization productive process, this thesis gives an analysis on the current situation of the pulverization production line control system and brings forth the technical space existence remaining to be improved on level control in material proportioning bin; mill load balance; coordinative control of electric current of the elevator whose process is after milling; coordinative control of rotational speed of the powder classifier. Based on these considerations and through regarding PLC of Siemens SIMATIC platform as the control core, we designed hardware structure and general plan of the control system to make the hardware structure and the network configuration design more rational, considering theory diagram design, cabinet-integrated design,low voltage circuit hardware design and so on.In the stage of engineering application of control system, we have analyzed the sample data of process physical quantity under the severe environment of cement productive line. We found noise original data can hardly be applied to industrial control or monitoring. To realize wave-filtering processing of data, we designed two data processing plans which are the median filtering algorithm and the inertia-plus-mean filtering algorithm. Through both the algorithm procedure realization of the two data processing methods and the contrast of data processing effect, we prove that unitary filtering method can’t be applied to different noise interference. We need to respectively treat noise frequency and noise amplitude; take diverse filtering plans to relatively perfectly realize low-distortive-rated filtered wave. In terms of system control, it can mainly realize the balance control for both mill load and product particle size coupling system.Finally, we designed HMI, the abbreviation of Human Machine Interface. Firstly we introduced the layout and planning of the monitoring system; introduced function of image, focusing on several typical images. |
