The polypropylene device with 110,000t/y of Lanzhou petrochemical company produces the thin-wall injection molding specialty polypropylene H9018.In this paper,the technological conditions of the poplypropylence H9018 were discussed.By analyzing the the main properties of the polypropylence processing conditions such as the melt flow rate(MFR),isotactic index and its relative molecular mass,the production optimizated measures are proposed: the concentration of H2 is about 13~18Nm3/h and the ratio of nucleating agent and stabilizer is 2.500~2.600‰ so as to obtaine the MFR of the product polypropylene H9018 within 45~60g/10 min;m(Si)/m(Ti)with 0.2~0.4 and m(AL)/m(Si)with 1.0~1.85 can provide the isotactic degree of the product polypropylene H9018 between 97~98%.When the main catalysts of CS-1-B and DJD-Z-1 are used under the production load of 13~14t/h,the dosage of H2 is adjusted to 13~16Nm3/h or 14~18Nm3/h,and the molecular weights of the polypropylene H9018 are between 40000~50000,which ensures that the products can possess the subsequent processability.
