Because of the rapid growth of national economy, the social demands for oil industry and chemical products derived from coal chemical industry are constantly increasing. In addition, with growing concern of the living environment, human and social development in the constantly increasing demand for chemical products at the same time, there are also new requirements for environmental protection of chemical products. What's more, the resource structure of our country is "be inferior, rich in coal and less in gas". To fundamentally solve the problem of energy shortage and environmental protection, we need to adjust the structure of energy dependence, from raw material coal chemical industry, to the reasonable and sustainable use of coal resources, and to the further deepened process of coal,so as to keep the balance between the output of chemical products to meet the social and economic development and the environmental requirements.Deep processing of coal(including oil), mostly needs an hydrogenation of oil processing.Therefore, development of deep processing of coal and oil will increase the demand for hydrogen. On the one hand, it is promoting the progress of hydrogen production technology;on the other hand it is also the development of hydrogen production methods and integration.Steam reforming of methane purifying hydrogen production is one of a relatively common hydrogen production methods, which is relatively mature. The craft is simple but the production cost is relatively high, and the cost of tons of oil in coal and crude oil deep processing enterprises occupies larger proportion in the index, capacity optimization to the hydrogen production unit, and to reduce production cost of hydrogen is one of the important means of improving efficiency for the enterprise.Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., LTD. Shenmu Fuyou Energy and Technology Co., LTD., a 14, 000 Nm3/h hydrogen production device, whose original design feed gas for the pyrolysis of waste gas, fails to run for a long period of time due to technical problems. In order to ensure the normal running of the systems after the commissioning and operation,we introduce near coal enterprises' waste gas as raw material. Due to the change of raw material gas, hydrogen production device cannot satisfy FTH device running at full capacity. In order to satisfy FTH device running at full capacity, we can improve the waste gas in a LNG(natural gas) in the method of hydrogen production unit capacity optimization.This article mainly aims at the research of capacity optimization, process conditions,, and the corresponding optimized measures taken since the running for hydrogen plant. All kinds ofproblems by after implementation effect will be analyzed, and suggestions on the future of new hydrogen plant production capacity to optimize the operation to provide guidance and reference will also be given.Research shows that the original device did not significantly modified the conditions,and by adjusting and optimizing the hydrogen production feed gas, hydrogen production unit has been increase to use the waste gas from 5 000 Nm3/h up to 11 000Nm3/h. It can control gas ratio, reduce the use amount of water vapor at the same time, and reduce the discharge of sewage. What's more, real-time adjustment of temperature can improve the conversion rate and hydrogen yield.In addition, workshop process modification of the system, driving time,and the system driving cost can also be reduced. To enhance the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit hydrogen production optimization is a good choice.
