Worldwide,the supply and demand of ethylene continues to grow steadily,and by 2015,the effective capacity of world ethylene production has increased from 405 million tons per year to 160 million tons per year.From the perspective of ethylene development in our country,in the 1970 s in Shanghai,nanjing and other places the introduction of Japan’s 100000 tons of ethylene production line,and then to the wuhan ethylene,a batch of one million tons of world-class scale such as division of ethylene of ethylene production line,indicate that these are the introduction of foreign technology to drive,and then gradually optimized.At present such as sinopec,the domestic chemical industry bibcock has been established with self intellectual property rights of patent,patent and separation process of ethylene cracking furnace and 800000 tons of ethylene in wuhan in the use of a successful.But the technical features of the older devices are still lagging behind.At the same time,the optimized operation of various types of patented devices is of great significance to ethylene.Therefore,in actual production,technical personnel and scientific research personnel will need to set new achievement of the development of the technology of ethylene plant,carefully study the various in the process of production related to product quality,process energy consumption situation,in this article find limit current device optimized point.Through technological renovation,the bottleneck restriction is eliminated,and the development of the ethylene industry in China is changed by the premise of stable operation.At the same time,the production of two ethylene production lines at a large ethylene plant in China is different.One of the # 1 line technologies was developed in 1989 with the introduction of the craft package.The 2 # line is the technology of SW USA.The idea of two routes is different.Only one production line is different from other ethylene plant,the unit 2 production lines can operate independently,when state open parking or accident,two production lines can be controlled by different cross line of material recycling or load balance between two systems.In recent years,sinopec,petrochina and other large domestic ethylene enterprises for the optimization of production of ethylene industry are of the utmost importance especially the online optimization model based on a variety of production,have developed such as yanshan petrochemical RTO mode based on ASPEN online real-time optimization and APC control of the single equipment optimization and APC control and optimize the operation of the whole process is currently ethylene research recently,papers in recent years our country’s ethylene plant scale,energy consumption and running projects,technical line,such as ethylene steam cracking system made a comprehensive investigation,based on one half of the ethylene plant two lines as the research object,through the development of the operating conditions between the two production lines of touch,collect various fixed design feeding mode each unit equipment operating data,through the analysis of large data,establishing different models.Fixed in the material condition,through the ink and optimize the parameters in order to reduce the operating losses or some equipment energy consumption,specific for:(1)from the perspective of furnace type and adapt to the raw material,according to the SPYRO analysis data and the actual data to verify the depth of the control system,the results show that the depth of the existing control system during the period of cracking furnace operation background a cracking furnace depth values calculated with SPYRO basic close,numerical model can reach the requirement of real-time control.(2)according to different raw materials in a typical pyrolysis properties of cracking furnace,the calibration and the typical cracking furnace is obtained when different materials to get the most productivity of cracking furnace outlet temperature of the furnace tube,at the same time of compression,cryogenic separation has carried on the preliminary study.(3)combining the control techniques of the ethylene APC control technology at present domestic processes,and the cracking depth of the cracking furnace that is actually operated by the device;The effect of the pressure on the cracking furnace system on the pressure of the suction inlet of a certain cracking gas compressor;Preliminary research on the operation of vinyl,propylene tower,etc.(4)this paper discusses the basic means for two sets of operation of ethylene plant,at the same time,preliminary study the 1 #,2 # line across the line between the operation characteristics and obtain the optimal operation point thesis research system and the results obtained,has in the ethylene yield of high added value has important guiding significance.
