Research And Design Of Grinding Control System

The grinding process is an important production process of ore dressing plant. Because of the random factors of the process, it has the characteristics of slow production process, long time delay, large disturbance, complex mechanism and so on. In this paper, a factory grinding production process as the object, the study of grinding technology and the design of the corresponding grinding process automatic control system.Combining with the actual production conditions, through the analysis of operation principle and mathematical model of the grinding process of the main production equipment of ball mill, cyclone, the paper draws the control basis and the overall plan for the grinding and classification process. After analyzing the original production process, the grinding system is decomposed into several independent sub control system, and interconnected subsystems in the actual production process control environment is complicated and affect the product quality index, according to the control object in the actual production of the various subsystems of the classification, its integration classified as feed regulation and concentration control of two subsystems, and based on the expert control, the whole grinding control system is designed by means of variable ratio control and feed forward control.In this paper, the system design software and hardware configuration based on SIMATIC S7-300 SIEMENS and WinCC, as well as the design of the host computer screen and monitoring system,field bus and remote from the high-speed communication between stations using Profibus technology, realizes signal acquisition and analysis of remote data, and in the field of grinding equipment and instrument system to achieve remote control of mine, designed a simple man-machine interactive interface easy to operate, so that operators can work more efficient and orderly.Research results have very good promotion prospect and application value, which has important reference value and reference value for further promoting the modernization and digital management of mine mineral processing system.
