Aiming at the inconvenience of the angle adjustment of the downhole hydraulic drilling rig,the function and structure of the four kinds of drills are studied,including the anchor drilling rig,the column type hydraulic drilling rig,the full hydraulic tunnel rig and the crawler hydraulic drilling rig.The angle adjustment device of the above four kinds of drilling rigs is analyzed emphatically.Take the frame hydraulic tunnel drilling rig as the research object.According to its structural characteristics,the indexing mechanism is discussed and designed.After comparing the indexing function of several traditional standard parts,the planetary wheel rotating device is selected as the indexing mechanism,which is made up of the planetary gear train and the steering table.Based on the ZDY2300S tunnel hydraulic rig,the mathematical model of the indexing mechanism is established.The load of the planetary wheel rotating device is calculated.According to the design criterion of the bending strength of the tooth root,the size of sun wheel,planetary wheel and the internal gear was determined.After the planetary train structure design is completed,the design of the steering gear to match the structure to achieve the drilling function.The steering gear mainly comprises two parts of the connecting plate and the steering table.The connecting plate is the connecting part of the ZDY2300S drill feeding device and the planetary wheel rotating device.The steering table is the gravity carrier of the connection plate and the function realization carrier.After the design of the indexing mechanism is completed,the scissor hydraulic lifting platform and the fixed parts are designed.To 2000kg minimum load,calculate the lifting platform hydraulic cylinder of the size,completed the hydraulic cylinder structure design.With reference to the existing fixed method of the seat rig,the corresponding fixed parts are designed,including pillar,indexing circular rail and hoop.The linear analysis of the structure of the indexing mechanism,the scissor lift platform and the fixed parts is carried out.The modal analysis of the planetary gear train and the rack assembly is carried out.The transient dynamics analysis of the sun gear and planetary wheel is carried out.Through the finite element analysis,the general structure,the equivalent stress and the equivalent strain are obtained.The strength,stiffness and stability of the structure are determined according to the analysis results.Finally,ANSYS workbench response surface optimization module is used to optimize the size of the steering gear and the hydraulic lifting platform,and the structure of the steering table is optimized to realize the lightweight design.
