In order to study the rupture law and phenomenon of coal,This article through the research and analysis of coal in Xieyi Coal Mine.The variation law of coal rupture was analyzed by theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment and numerical simulation.The uniaxial compression experiment of raw coal specimen is carried out,and the mechanical characteristics of different coal samples under different uniaxial compression are analyzed,and similar damage laws are obtained.According to this rule,the destruction process of raw coal is divided into four stages.Then,the change of acoustic ringing count and the change of stress time of raw coal specimen basically reflect the change of its rupture degree.It can be seen from the energy characteristic diagram of the acoustic emission that the trend of the pattern is consistent with the stress time image of the coal.After analysis,the internal rupture of coal can be obtained from the micro-elastic phase of the compacting stage to the steady and slow increase of the stage,and then to the plastic stage,and to the maximum of the final failure stage.And the RFPA numerical simulation inversion has been verified.The surface of the raw coal specimen surface with the digital speckle correlation method of the relevant treatment,through a comprehensive analysis of the surface of coal surface displacement of the corresponding coal samples in the corresponding failure phase of the trend,the degree of rupture of the surface of the degree of rupture from The steady and slow increase of the micro-elastic phase of the compaction stage,then the slow increase in the plastic phase,and the maximum of the final failure stage.Corresponding to the change of the internal and surface rupture degree of the coal in the same stage,the external rupture occurred in the later stage of the rapid growth stage of the acoustic emission.It is of great significance to study the evolution law of the bursting degree of coal.The internal rupture degree and the degree of external rupture of the coal are obtained,and the coal body is ruptured at the concrete stage of the acoustic emission phenomenon.The acoustic emission detection technology can be used to monitor the underground and prevent the sudden damage from the coal body.Relevant dynamic disaster prevention and control has its important research value. |
