As an important resource,coal plays an important role in the national economy.The main shaft and the auxiliary shaft are two important structures in the coal collection system.The main shaft is mainly responsible for the coal transportation,export,and the auxiliary shaft is used to lifting staff,equipment,materials and lifting gangue,but also both of them can be used as the air shaft and safe exit.Construction organization design is an important means for enterprises to maximize their own profit.Through the preparation of construction organization design,Based on the field conditions and problems of the project,construction organization design is prepared to ensure the quality of the project and ensure the completion of the project within the planned period.This paper mainly introduces the construction organization design of auxiliary shaft tower.As a kind of new type of fiber,the basalt fiber is gradually applied in the fields of civil engineering,fire control and transportation.In this thesis,the mechanical properties of fly ash concrete with basalt fiber were studied under the condition of low temperature through adding different content of basalt fiber and different content of fly ash.Fly ash content is equivalent to 0%,10%and 15%of the amount of cement substitute.Basalt fiber is mixed with Okg/m3,2kg/m3,3kg/m3 and 4kg/m3,respectively.After the temperature-15 ? condition,the uniaxial compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength test of fly ash concrete with basalt fiber were studied.The effects of 10%fly ash on fly ash concrete with basalt fiber flexural strength test The results of uniaxial compressive and splitting tensile tests show that the uniaxial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of basalt fiber fly ash concrete when the fly ash content is constant under the condition of freezing at-15? The increase of the content of basalt fiber increased first and then decreased.When the content of fly ash was 10%and the content of basalt fiber was 2kg/m3,the uniaxial compressive strength of fly ash concrete with basalt fiber.The maximum amount of 44.8MPa,compared with ordinary concrete increased by 6.71%,when the fly ash content of 15%,basalt fiber content of 3kg/m3,the basalt fiber fly ash concrete splitting tensile strength of the largest,more common concrete increased by 17.1%.The flexural strength test results show that the flexural strength of fly ash concrete with basalt fiber increases with the increase of basalt fiber content,and the flexural strength of 3kg/m3 basalt fiber is the best,which is 3.83MPa,Compared with ordinary concrete increased by 13.3%.
