| In this paper,based on the theory of stress shell,which is composed of the "high stress beam" in the surrounding strata in stope,a comprehensive research method of laboratory simulation,computer numerical simulation is used.Taking a wide range of surrounding rock as the research object,and take the 11318E fully mechanized mining face of Xieqiao coal mine in Huainan Mining Group as the main engineering background,the influence of mining depth on the mechanical characteristics of the surrounding rock stress shell is studied systematically.The study found that mining pressure behavior is controlled by the influence of the stress shell’s existence and its evolution.With the increase of mining depth,the height of the stress shell unchanged first,mining depth at about 1000m for the inflection point,the morphology and mechanical properties of the stress shell are significantly affected by the depth of 1000m,the shell height increases with the increase of mining depth,the distance from the shell to the coal face of the working face increase,the shell base broadening,shape of the shell stress changes from flat shell to arch shell.Analysis of the stope damage characteristics in the process of deformation and.displacement of surrounding rock under different mining depth,It concluded that the working surface deformation and damage mainly occurs some distance in front of the coal wall,and with the increase of mining depth,the vertical displacement of the overlying strata increases obviously,the stope surrounding rock damage range increases.The near field effect of the surrounding rock movement is fully revealed,and the greater the mining depth,the more obvious the effect of the surrounding rock deformation.The results show that the formation mechanism of the stress shell in deep mine is still obvious,and the strata behavior of the deep mine is controlled by the existence of the stress shell and the influence of its evolution.The results of this study further reveal the relationship between strata behavior of the deep mine and mining depth.The study is of guiding significance for the control of surrounding rock in deep mine,the selection of working face support,the prevention and control of dynamic disasters. |
