| High voltage power supply for high power electron beam welder is the device for supplying electric energy to electron beam welder.When the cathode filament is heated to a certain temperature,the electron is produced,electrons are accelerated to the speed of light or near the speed of light in a high-voltage electric field,the scattered electrons are focused by an electromagnetic lens,forming electron beam with high energy density,when the electron beam bombarding the weldment surface,the powerful kinetic energy of electrons is converted into heat,making the metal melt,achieving the purpose of welding.High frequency and high voltage oil tank is an important part of high voltage power supply for electron beam welder.It is mainly composed of a high frequency high voltage transformer,high voltage rectifying circuit,high voltage sampling circuit,high voltage filter circuit.Many factors need to be considered in the design of oil tank,it is related to all aspects of knowledge.Firstly,the design of mechanical mechanism determines the size of the whole tank volume,meanwhile it also directly affects how each part of the oil tank is fixed and supported.Secondly,each part of the material selection not only need to consider the issue of mechanical strength,but also needs to clear the insulation problem in the tank.Insulation is one of the difficulties in the design process of oil tank,it is the premise that the whole tank can work stably,the insulation distance between each part and the selection of insulation material have a great influence on insulation.So these difficulties are mutual influence and mutual restriction.In this paper,the insulation technology of the oil tank is studied,and then the theoretical formula of the distribution parameters and temperature of the high frequency and high voltage transformer in the oil tank is deduced.Using Ansoft Maxwell 16 simulation software to model and simulate the high frequency and highvoltage transformer,firstly,the 2D and 3D models of high frequency and high voltage transformer are established,then according to the parameters to be analyzed,different field solvers are selected,using ANSYS Workbench 15 simulation software to simulate the high frequency and high voltage transformer,finally,using Ansoft Maxwell 16 software comes with the Ansoft Circuit Editor function to simulate the whole circuit of the high frequency and high voltage oil tank,it is proved that the simulation results are instructive to the design of oil tank.Natural solidification after cooling.Measurement of leakage inductance of high frequency high voltage transformer by LCR Bridge,measurement of the distribution capacitance of high frequency and high voltage transformer by impedance analyzer,finally,the results are compared with the theoretical and simulation results,the distribution parameters of high frequency and high voltage transformer are extracted accurately.In the end,the inner and the whole structure of the fuel tank is optimum designed by Solidworks software,a large power high frequency and high voltage oil tank prototype is made,and applied to the welding experiment of electron beam welding machine. |
