Researching Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Under The Perspective Of Environmental Justice

Enterprises as the main drivers of social productivity,the pollution damage to the environment cannot be ignored,the deterioration of ecological environment of today,how to reduce ecological deterioration,protect human survival environment has become the focus of people.This paper in the perspective of environmental justice,the methods of literature analysis,case analysis to illustrate the development of corporate environmental responsibility,and through the analysis of the academic point of view of zhao jintao,liu junhai and others,clarify enterprise is the main force to realize low carbon environmental protection mission,performance of the environmental responsibility,actively promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction,realize the enterprise green management is the basic way to develop low carbon economy,while enjoying rights which the company must fulfill the obligations.The main research purpose of this article is to arouse enterprise's environmental protection consciousness,initiative,forced to passive,promote enterprises to implement environmental responsibility,improve the system of environment is the fundamental purpose.The presence of environmental justice is the premise of environment resources demand and scarcity of,at the same time,the environment,as a kind of public resources,do not have privacy,it is easy to be abused,caused the tragedy of the Commons.In good environment,people rushed to use of environmental resources for their own best interests,once the environment is destroyed,but no one will take the initiative to go to save or repair it.Whether from the cocentric theory of wentz or rawls' s theory of justice,we can see that the essence of environmental justice is a fair distribution of environmental and environmental burdens.Enterprises to activelyenvironmental responsibility is the performance of environmental justice,though,is the enterprise the main purpose of the profit is not responsibility,responsibility,and even fear lest shun enterprise.Therefore,in this paper,the understanding of corporate environmental responsibility and responsibility on the mandatory,enterprises in the process of production and business operation shall be responsible for a series of influence on the ecological environment,including before production,after completion of the production process and production of all links,and the product through lifetime of accountability,require companies to scientific use of resources,reduce the waste of resources,from the source for improving the utilization ratio of energy resources in the process of production,product recovery phase realize recycling of resources,thus effectively protect the environment,to implement people-oriented scientific outlook on development,finally realizes the economic benefits and ecological environment coordinated development.The existence of environmental justice provides the necessity for enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibility,which is the ethical support and legal basis of the enterprise to fulfill its environmental responsibility.In recent years,the fog haze,dust and other air pollution seriously affected people's lives,issued in 2016 the government alone work stoppages suspension notice,makes the enterprise's own environmental tasks once again become a focus of the public.The lack of environmental awareness and the lack of environmental protection facilities and the zero disposal of pollutants such as waste water are once again being pushed to the forefront.Two cases through the analysis of haier and Qingdao beer show enterprise environment benefit and economy benefit a win-win situation,completes the before design,during control,after recycling,is a basic way to improve energy utilization rate of resources,and realize the production development and ecological the way a good harmonious situation.The last part mainly from the country,the government,enterprises and citizens from four aspects to elaborate the countermeasure of promote the responsibility of the enterprise performance,the specific performance in perfecting the relevant legal norms,strengthen government regulation and enforcement,encourage enterprises togreen development and raise awareness of civil rights protection four aspects.External force,internal constraint,the populace to supervise,promote the fulfillment of corporate environmental responsibility and implementation,put on more steam rolled up his sleeves,together to promote the harmonious development of the ecological environment.
