| Environment pollution and energy shortage problem increasingly serious,and the solar energy is the most direct and effective energy,with the rapid development of economy.In recent years,semiconductor catalytic degradation of organic pollutants is considered to be the most effective measures to resolve the environmental pollution and energy shortage.Semiconductor catalysts for Jane,efficient production has always been the majority of researchers looking for targets.Therefore,by solvent method we were prepared Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst,shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalyst,and for the preparation of catalytic materials in the study of photodegradation performance.The research of this paper’s mainly from the following four aspects: 1)Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst,shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalyst preparation;2)Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst materials,shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalyst materials characterization;3)Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst,shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalyst performance study;4)Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst,shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalyst stability study.The main results were as follows(1)through XRD diffraction,SEM,TEM and BET specific surface area,UV-vis spectra characterization instruments such as display prepared by hydrothermal method Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst has a three-dimensional structure,growth and Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs closely together,has formed the larger specific surface area of heterogeneous section.Synthetic materials formed Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst.In simulating lighting,degradation of 50 ml,6 mg/L of the organic pollution of Rh B solution of pure sample Bi2O2CO3,MB-0.5%,M/B/-1.5%,M/B-3%,M/B-5%,M/B-10% of the catalytic efficiency of 28.7%,60.9%,62.1%,80.8%,70.3%,69.2%.When the percentage of MWCNTs content reaches 3%,the preparation of syntheticBi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite degradation efficiency is the largest,which is 2.8 times that of the pure sample Bi2O2CO3 degradation ability.By M/B-3% samples of the line of cyclic degradation experiments,concluded that even after cyclic degradation of 4 times still has high photocatalytic efficiency(76.7%).Illustrate the preparation Bi2O2CO3/MWCNTs composite photocatalyst has good photocatalytic stability.(2)through XRD spectrum diagram is shown in the shell powder/Bi OI composite photocatalys tprepared by hydrothermal method,Only S/B-10% of the composite catalyst appeared the characteristics of the shell powder diffraction peak,likely formed in preparation of composite material that shell powder/Bi OI heterogeneous catalyst.Further analysis of SEM spectra,shells of nanoscale powder and the structure of the 3 d flower Bi OI perfect combination,and the formation of the three dimensional flower Bi OI ultra structure was not destroyed because of shell powder to join,to form the heterogeneous section.BET measurement shows that when the shell powder to join,has also increased the specific surface area of the composite photocatalyst.UV-vis spectra results show that with the increase of shell powder quality percentage,shell powder/Bi OI composites absorption wavelength redshift phenomenon occurs,the shell powder/Bi OI composites of synthetic utilization of visible light.In photocatalytic degradation of 60 ml,6 mg/L of Rh B dye solution shows that the shell powder/Bi OI composite catalyst has high catalytic activity,light and when the percentage of shell powder content is 3%,the preparation of composite material closed catalytic degradation ability,the strongest reached 88.43%,this is a sample of pure Bi OI degradation efficiency value of 3.5 times.The stability of materials research,four times the efficiency of the numerical value of 78.84% after cyclic degradation experiment.It is concluded that preparation of shell powder/Bi OI composite catalyst has good catalytic stability. |
