The inorganic-organic hybrid materials get extensive attention and application in different fields.Due to their special features, those materials can not only avoid the defects that the inorganic materials were difficult to modify, also improve the stability and hardness of organic materials.Borates are one of the branches of inorganic microporous materials with important application.Untill now,a large number of metal-borates were used as luminescence materials and nonlinear optical materials.Relatively, less work about inorganic-organic hybrid borate has been carried out. Therefore, introducing the organic functional components into borate systerm can not only modify the framework and enrich the structural chemistry, also obtain a set of new materials possessing inorganic and organic excellent features.Over the past ten years, polyoxovanadoborates have attracted much attention, due to the rich structural varieties and their potential applications in catalytic, optical, magnetic and adsorption aspects.Vanadoborate contains both B-O and V-O groups, the various connection modes allow their rich structural varieties. After researchers actively studying and synthesizing, the vanadoborates have entended from isolated cluster to chain, layer, net and three-dimention framework.Although some great progress in the prepation have been made,we still should note that the research on their properties are less reported. So the development of potential applications for those materials has very important significance. In this thesis, the author dedicated to the study of introducing the organic functional components into borate and vanadoborate system to prepare inorganic-organic hybrid compounds with novel structures. And the structure, stability, magnetic, fluorescence and proton conduction properties were studied. The main research contents include:(1).A new three-dimentional supramolecular open-framework [Cu2(bipy)3(B5O7(OH)3)2]?2bipy?4H2O(1)was synthesized by solvothermal method.Compound 1 is the first example of borate constructed by binuclear copper complexes and polyborates. And according to the structural characteristics, its properties were studied.Magnetic analyses suggested that the copper ions in the binuclear units shows weak antiferromagnetic interaction.Under the excitation wavelenth of 360 nm UV light,Compound 1 can emit violet light, best emission wavelength of 387 nm,this compoud may also be used as detecting PA due to the luminescent feature. Moreover,Compound 1 exhibits proton conduction property afforded by H-bonding networks in the structure.(2).A new polyvanadoborate(enH24Na2[V12B18O54(OH)6(H2O)]?7(H2O)(2)with novel structure was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The isolated vanadoborate clusters were connected by Na+ ions into a 2-D layer structure, forming rectangle-like channels along the [110] direction, with en and free H2 O stuffing within the channels. The temperature dependence of cMT for 2 shows the existence of a strong antiferromagnetic coupling interaction, which is a common feature of most polyoxovanadate clusters.Test of proton conduction property for this kind of material was carried out for the first time, the results showed that Compound 2 has some ability in proton conduction aspect, which laid the foundation for the furture study of those similar materials.
