This thesis contains two chapter:(1)Synthesis of chiral ferrocene derivatives;(2)The application of those ferrocene derivatives in Asymmetric Henry Reactions.Part 1:Chiral ferrocene derivatives are efficient chiral ligands that is often used in a variety of asymmetric catalytic reactions.The purpose of this chapter was to prepare chiral ferrocene derivatives and futher synthesize a series of novel chiral ferrocene diamine ligands with chiral diamines.In this part,two different synthetic routes were conducted.Finally,the(S)-1-ferrocenylacetate was prepared by asymmetric hydrogen transfer reaction with Acetylferrocene as the starting material.And 11 chiral ferrocene derivatives were successfully obtained.Part 2:These 11 chiral ferrocenyl-containing diamine ligands which were prepared in the fisrt chpter were used in the asymmetric Henry reaction,and their optimal reaction conditions were obtained.In the part,the various aromatic aldehyde substrates were tested to prove its substrate scope.The yield of the reaction was good and enantioselective could reach up to 80%.
