The calixarene has a wealth of active sites, good conductivity and electron mobility,so the modified electrode based on calixarenes and derivatives has wide application prospects. In this paper, several novel carbon paste electrodes modified by calixarenes and derivatives were prepared. The electrochemical behavior of copper ions, mercury ions, lead ions and hydroquinone were research.Main contents are summarized as follows:?1?Carbon paste electrode modified by H4 L was prepared by direct mixing method with p-tert-butylcalix [4]?H4L?as modifier,And the electrochemical performance of the electrode was characterized by electrochemical methods.Electrochemical behavior of Cu2+ was studied on the modified carbon paste electrode. Some important electrochemical parameters were calculated and compared with the electrochemical behavior of Cu2+ in bare carbon electrode. It was found that Cu2+ Which indicates that the modified electrode has obvious electrocatalytic effect on Cu2+.Under optimal conditions, the linear relationship between oxidation peak current and Cu2+ concentration was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that Cu2+ concentration was in the range of 2.5×10-7 mol/L1.0×10-5 mol/L Showed a good linear relationship, detection limit reached 1.33×10-8 mol/L?calculated by 3times the signal to noise ratio?.The carbon paste electrode modified by H4 L has good stability and reproducibility for the detection of Cu2+,which provides a new method for the determination of trace Cu2+ with high sensitivity and high selectivity.?2?Carbon paste electrode modified by Thorium cup [4] arene was prepared with thiogalate [4] arene as modifier, and the electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode on Pb2+ and hydroquinone was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of Pb2+ and hydroquinone was studied on the modified electrode, and the standard curves ofPb2+ and hydroquinone were drawn. It is found that the Pb2+ concentration has a good linearity in the range of 1.0×10-71.0×10-5 mol/L,the detection limit is 1.56×10-8 mol/L,the concentration of hydroquinone is 5.0×10-81.0×10-5 mol/L,the minimum detection limit was6.5×10-8 mol/L.The effects of interfering substances and the detection of simulated water samples were studied. The modified electrode has the advantages of simple preparation, selective adsorption ability, low cost, high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, and can be used for preparing electrochemical sensor for detecting Pb2+ and hydroquinone.?3?The carbon paste electrode was modified with sulfur cup-4-crown-6 as modifier. The modified electrode has a rich active site and a small electron transfer resistance.Electrochemical behavior of Hg2+ on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The possible factors influencing the electrode performance were determined and the relevant electrochemical parameters were obtained. The linear response range was 1.0×10-8 1.0×10-5 mol/L,the detection limit was 7.62×10-9 mol/L,and the spiked recovery of simulated water samples was satisfactory.
