Oil depots in the production and management of coastal areas will inevitably produce oily waste water,a large quantity of wastewater.The content of oil and COD in water is high,which belongs to the refractory organic wastewater.Serious water pollution,water shortage has become the focus of attention problems.Ultrafiltration membrane treatment method has the advantages of high efficiency,green,low consumption,application in wastewater treatment field more and more widespread.This paper discusses the sources of the oily wastewater produced by the coastal oil depots,summarizes the commonly used treatment methods,and introduces the present situation of purification of oily wastewater by ultrafiltration membrane separation.In this experiment,the change of membrane flux of ultrafiltration membrane was investigated under different factors,after comprehensive comparison has been the most suitable conditions of its operation,investigated the cleaning effect of acidic and alkaline solution on ultrafiltration membrane,studied the effect of coagulation ultrafiltration purification method of oily wastewater,collect water sample and measured.The main conclusions are as follows,the appropriate pressure of ultrafiltration membrane is 0.12 MPa.At room temperature,ultrafiltration separation can effectively remove impurities such as oil,COD and so on,get a good deal of water: the average removal rate of oil was 94.14%,and the average removal rate of COD was about 83.96%.The inlet water quality change does not affect the water quality,so the ultrafiltration membrane has a good stability.The membrane flux decreases with time,and tends to be stable at about 250L/(m2·h).The use of 0.2mol/L HCl solution or 0.08 mol/L NaOH solution to clean the 20 min ultrafiltration membrane is more economical.Coagulation pretreatment can effectively reduce the load of ultrafiltration separation and prolong the service life of ultrafiltration membrane.After coagulation ultrafiltration treatment,oily substances and COD in sewage of the total removal rate can reach 95%,90%,the effluent water quality is good,and then can be achieved in different ways to useThe oily wastewater can be reused after being treated,which is beneficial to the present situation of water shortage and realizes the green production of petrochemical industry.
