Recently,carbon fiber not only shine in the forefront of science and technology,and the application of life is also increasing.However,the domestic technology and equipment are relatively backward compared with that of foreign countries,which forced our domestic researchers to step up the pace.In the preparation process of carbon fiber,the pre-oxidation treatment plays an important role,the importance is self-evident.In order to explore a series of changes in the fiber during the pre-oxidation process,we have developed a fiber in-situ dynamic multi-function diffraction attachment specially.The development process follows the product process.From the structural design,and then hardware design,and finally software design.Structural design mainly considered the assembly method about the fiber in-situ dynamic multi-function diffraction attachment and D8 DISCOVER GADDS;how to make the shell of fiber in-situ dynamic multi-function diffraction attachment avoid the diffractive optical path;internal stretching of in-situ dynamic multifunctional diffraction attachment of fiber,and the location of the heating module,and so on.Hardware design focused on carrying embedded system to achieve the function.Part of the software design is the next bit machine software.The other part is the host computer software.Host computer software mainly achieves the function of PC,which issues an operation instruction and records the data,the next bit machine software achieves the acquisition of data,algorithm calculation and specific single-chip pin action.When using the fiber in-situ dynamic multifunction diffraction attachment for the experiment,placing the fiber sample into the accessory stretch heating module,and the module can be assembled with the D8 DISCOVER GADDS X-ray diffractometer,the sample is heated or stretched through the control module of the PC accessory.The heating modes have constant temperature mode and variable temperature mode,the tension modes have constant tension and uniform speed tension.During the experiment,X-ray diffraction operation can be performed at any time,and the data of tension and temperature are recorded.Because the stretching of the fiber in-situ dynamic multifunction diffraction attachment is in-situ stretching,the diffraction point of sample has no movement and the diffraction result is very meaningful.We used fiber in situ dynamic multi-function diffraction attachment for a series of follow-up experiments,the experimental process also introduced some usage instructions of JADE6.And finally summed up a more convincing law.
