The weld area and thermal influence zone of 4Cr10Si2Mo,GH80A,and two kinds of substrate inertial friction welded after the layer of electrolysis are studied,after several experiments,the three specimens can be used in the electrolytic polishing of acid ethanol solution,using the volume percentage of 5%-10%acid and 90%-95%anhydrous ethanol solution to three samples have good results,the selected voltage is 28V and 17V respectively.4Cr10Si2Mo is the martensite tissue and GH80A is an austenite.For GH80 A corrosive liquid to choose aqua regia,Corrosion time for 10s;4Cr10Si2Mo of corrosive liquid is 4%nitrate solution,corrosion time is 110s to 120s.GH80A grains are austenite,and the grains of 4Cr10Si2Mo are martensite.For the weld specimen,the grain is the smallest in the GH80A side,and the grain size is grown in the heat-affected zone,the grain is the largest and the substrate area is centered;for 4Cr10Si2Mo,the same weld area is the smallest grain.The largest grain in the heat-affected zone,and the grain size of the substrate area is The hardness of the weld at the highest level of 52HRC,and the GH80A side of the hardness is significantly higher than the 4Cr10Si2Mo side of the hardness,the two materials at the lowest hardness of the weld near 1.5mm,and then gradually rising,when.the heat-affected zone and the substrate boundaries,the hardness began to gently decline.The inertia friction welding process is the shear deformation of two substrates in a short time under high temperature and strain rate,after the welding process is completed,the hardness of weld seam is improved somewhat more than the base material area.But the hardness of the hot-affected zone decreases.The inertia friction welding process is relatively short,in a short time welding surface can reach the degree of 1500,due to the welding process temperature,equivalent stress and other effects of the changes caused by the weld area,the thermal impact zone grains change,because different materials of the recrystallization temperature is different,so the different texture of the grain appearance characteristics.In the initial friction phase,the friction interface temperature rises rapidly and forms a narrow thermal influence zone,and the temperature of the friction interface reaches a constant value when the friction phase reaches a stable stage.During the welding process,the temperature change of the interface near the friction stage has undergone 4 obvious changes,according to the temperature variation characteristics of the friction process divided into 4 phases,each phase of the temperature change rate of different interface with the friction mechanism and rotational speed.The influence of heat and force interaction,the stress state of welded joints is more complex,the adjacent friction interface is the compressive stress zone,and the adjacent area of the compressive stress area appears a tensile stress zone.
