"Stagewise grinding,coarse and fine classification,gravity separation-magnetic separation-reverse anionic flotation" of a hematite ore concentrator production technological flowsheet,there are two mematite ore production line,separation ore is Anshan type lean hematite.In recent years,with the expansion of production scale and the change of mine ore properties,lead to the production of tailings grade up to more than 11.50%,and the best level of the country there are many gaps.in order to find out the problems in the process of production,it is necessary to examine and analyze the technological process,which provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.Through the production process of testing,test results of main production indexes during the testing period: comprehensive concentrate grade 67.77%,concentrate yield 28.21%,metal recovery rate of 69.96%,comprehensive tailings grade 11.47%.Through analysis and research,find out the deficiency in the process of production,and put forward the optimized scheme of stabilizing the concentrate grade and reducing the tailings grade,and improving the recovery rate of metal: rational ore matching,the ore grade and ore properties into the beneficiation process remained stable,in order to provide the conditions for reducing the grade of tailings.to improve the size of primary grinding and classification,and improve the yield of the gravity concentrate,in order to make more reasonable middling cycle production.optimizing operation conditions of high-intensity magnetic separator and medium-intensity magnetic separator,in order to make separation equipment play the best performance.The paper put forward an process optimization scheme based on process analysis,the ore allocation in hematite is improved,namely,the research and establishment of a hematite ore optional model to guide the comprehensive ore matching and mineral processing operations,after the implementation of the new ore matching method,comprehensive concentrate grade from 67.77% to 67.65%,comprehensive tailings grade from 11.47% to 10.56%,the metal recovery rate from 69.96% to 73.34%,significant economic benefits.
