A series of noise problems of low flow and line train at home and abroad are not clear the contents of the documents,a series of problems of analogy of railway noise,this article mainly from the standard,evaluation,prediction model and four aspects of governance to study the problem of noise and low flow line train,and get the following conclusion.1 The implementation of standards,from the division of the flow rate of 6 per hour for low flow line and column the following train flow range,reference to European countries,the United States and Japan in the standard setting process,formulation factors and the standard value,summed up the factors of a series of methods and considerations,and give suitable for our region,and life the type of standard value table,and points out that the future of China's standards for the establishment of the corresponding necessary factors should be considered.2 Noise assessment,a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the maximum sound level A of the United States,China,the European part of equivalent sound level A in the evaluation of level Lr and the level of railway noise exposure assessment,the exposure level with the Lr evaluation method,and the calculation is compared with the Swiss Lr,combined with the actual monitoring verification,get the general cargo,passenger train 160 new,3.5%,2.7% respectively,the percentage error of3.35%,prove the rationality of the method.3 Prediction model,comparative analysis of modified German Schall03 prediction model and the model for domestic law two methods advantages and disadvantages,and test,through the measurement of the equivalent sound level A train,prediction and correction of German Schall03 and model calculated value comparison results error of German law the maximum 4.39%,minimum 0%,mode maximum 10.76%,minimum3.36%,the revised German Schall03 error ratio mode method,more accurate prediction results.4 Governance methods,reference to Europe and the United States,Germany and the United States and Japan and other countries on the provisions of the railway noise regulations,from the management recommendations should increase law enforcement efforts.From the technical aspects of the sound source of the speed reduction combined with other two conventional methods of noise control,sound source noise reduction of about 14.94%,with 10.53% noise barrier,window redundancy,noise reduction can be15 dB,the feasibility of following model verification of the sound source speed reduction noise reduction measures based on three pronged.You can make the noise control.The research results can provide the basis for the low flow and special railway noise monitoring and prediction control.
