| In recent years,the eutrophication of water body had become more and more serious,the algal blooms more and more frequently.The eutrophic water body has become a global water environment problem,therefore,to control algal bloom effectively and to treat the eutrophic water body has become a hot and frontier issues in the field of water environment currently.Using allelochemicals of higher plants to control algal blooms is believed to be the most effectively and safety method for now.Different organic solvent extracted allelochemicals from homemade poplar APMP effluents and enterprise poplar APMP production of concentrated wastewater were used in this research,Different organic’s extraction effect of allelopathic from APMP pulping wastewater and the extracted allelochemicals were studied and will be applied to the inhibit research of Chlorella pyrenoidosa.The results showed that the extraction yield of different solvents on the homemade poplar APMP effluents was different.The extraction efficiency of five kinds of solvents on homemade wastewater was ethyl acetate:51 mg,methyl tert-butyl ether:36.7 mg,dichloromethane:33mg,carbon tetrachloride:13.6mg,petroleum ether:7.5mg,respectively,This order of extraction efficiency was same as the polar order of those five organic solvents,the greater the polarity of organic solvent,the higher the extraction efficiency for allelochemicals,the efficiency of the enterprise poplar APMP production of concentrated wastewater extraction is also in line with this law.Using GC-MS analysis technology to analyze the extacted allelochemicals conclude that the allelochemicals pulping by different solvents from the APMP wastewater were similar,mainly including organic acids,amines,ketones and esters.The highest content was organic acids,and both more than 50%,followed by some ketones,amines and esters,and these four substances were more than 90%,the extracted organic compounds in this experiment were all the more common types of chemical substances.Applied the extracted allelochemicals to the Chlorella pyrenoidosa of algae inhibition research,the adding dose of allelochemicals which extracted from self-made wastewater was 1,5,10,50,75,100,200mg/L,overall present that low doses to promote and high-dose inhibition High dose inhibition or even direct killing trends,inhibition rate up to 85%,algae inhibiting effect is obvious and a high concentration has a significant killing effect on algal.When the adding dose of allelochemicals which extracted from the enterprises poplar APMP production of concentrated wastewater was 50,75,100 and 150mg/L,Within these concentrations,both of the allelochemicals showed a significant allelopathic inhibition effect,and the higher the concentration,the more obvious inhibition effect.Finally,applied the extracted allelochemicals extracted by different solvents from enterprises production concentrated wastewater to the inhibit research of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,both of their adding dose was 50 and 1 00mg/L,the result showed that the extracts of each organic solvent had the inhibition effect and the effect was similar at the set concentration in the experiment,it illustrates that although different solvents extracted allelochemicals from the APMP effluents have a varied widely yield,but both them have a good extraction results on allelochemicals,it is prove that the method by using organic solution to extracted allelochemicals from poplar APMP pulping wastewater is feasible,through the research on algae inhibition effect,it is proved that the allelochemicals extracted from the APMP effluents have allelopathic effects on algal. |
