Material-structure-function integration bionic bimetallic interweave structure can be applied to automobile,ship,metal cup shell,etc.,has a very broad application prospects.In this paper,the biomimetic bimetallic interweave structure was designed based on the mother-of-pearl structure of the biomaterials such as shells.The preparation technology of the bionic intertwined structure of the primary biomimetic was studied by using the plasma increasing material manufacturing technology.The microstructure of "brick-bridge-mud" micro-structure of biological mother-of-pearl layer,such as shell,was designed to design the primary biomimetic structure with multi-scale and strong impact resistance.A high-nitrogen austenitic steel was selected as the hard material,and Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel 308L was used as the soft material.According to the characteristics of structural materials,the three types of metal deposition pathways are selected according to the characteristics of structural materials,such as plasma arc as heat source,The direction of the rectangular block,that is,X-axis direction;2,along the length of the round-trip 3,layer and layer rotation between the 90 °intertwined,that is,X/Y axis in both directions.The research results show that,in order to design the structure and size requirements,we get the appropriate welding parameters:welding current is:120A,welding speed is:20cm/min,wire feeding speed:0.8m/min.When the track spacing is 2.5mm,the surface of the material is good,the layer is smooth,and the stacking layer can be increased.For high-nitrogen steel and stainless steel multi-layer multi-channel material by the rotation between the layers along the Z-axis 0°,90°,180°,taken along the X axis of the tensile strength of the sample less impact,And the impact absorption energy of the sample made by rotating 90 0 material is smaller than that of the sample without rotating and rotating 180°.But after 90°rotation,the Y-axis direction can increase the tensile strength of the material manufacturing components,the impact of absorption work,it is selected along the Z-axis rotation 90° as the layer between layers of the deposited path.For high-nitrogen steel and stainless steel bimetallic intertwined structure,due to there are the phenomenon of two metals or the same metal between layers and layers,and between the road and road,which makes the layer and layer,The interfacial bonding strength of the bimetallic interlaced structure is increased,and the intertwined structure of the bimetal is also interweaved in the microcosmic angle.For the whole structural design,this phenomenon is beneficial to make the design closer to the natural biological structure,to a certain extent,increase the strength and toughness of bimetallic interweave structure.Changing the composition ratio of bimetallic interwoven structure sample,decreasing the content of stainless steel in turn,increasing the high nitrogen steel,the tensile strength curve has two peaks,which are obtained in pure high nitrogen steel and high nitrogen steel and stainless steel ratio of about 3:1;Shock absorption work curve also has two peaks,respectively,in the pure stainless steel and high nitrogen steel and stainless steel ratio of about 3:1 to obtain.
