Research On The Key Technology Of Gangue Continuous Transportation System

With the current construction of the mine is larger and larger,the output of the mine is also increased.At this time,the traditional auxiliary transportation mode has been difficult to meet the requirements of mine safety and high efficiency production,which restricts the improvement of the mining capacity,and restricts the realization and development of mine automation and centralized control.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the continuity and automation level of the large mine auxiliary transportation.In order to solve the problem of continuous mine auxiliary transportation system,some key technical problems need to be solved,such as the matching relationship between storage and transportation of transportation system,reliability allocation and system unattended etc.In this thesis,mainly study the first two key technical problems,and make the following studies:1.Based on the analysis of the process flow of the gangue transportation system,the process flow is simplified and the transfer capacity of the auxiliary transportation equipment is equivalent transformed,the basic model of the between storage and transportation of transportation system was established,the matching relation equation of the basic model was deduced.Furthermore,it is extended to a more general case,and a general matching relation was deduced for solving the relevant parameters of any subsystem.2.The house of reliability allocation was introduced from the basic principles,the components of the structure and how to obtain the element values contained in the data matrix of each component,which would be used to research the reliability allocation of the gangue transportation system.3.The gangue transportation system as Example,the theoretical value and actual value of each parameter in the gangue transportation system are calculated by using model,and the reliability index is calculated based on the failure mode,find out the weak link in the system.Thus,it provides a new reference method for the selection of equipment and avoids the blindness of equipment selection.At the same time,the reliability of the system is further improved.
