Ternary metal oxide as a kind of important functional materials is widely used in various fields due to a series of important physical and chemical properties.Ternary metallic oxide has a unique space configuration and potential physical and chemical properties have aroused the attention of researchers in terms of the sensor.In order to study the ternary gas sensitive performance of metal oxide nanomaterials,this paper synthesized cluster-like bismuth molybdate?Bi2MoO6?and flower-shaped bismuth tungstate?Bi2WO6?.And the synthesis of powder were characterized and researched.The main research works are listed as below:Preparing cluster-like Bi2MoO6 using the hydrothermal treatment method.And we compound different types of Bi2MoO6 by changing hydrothermal temperature.Analysis material for scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray diffraction spectrum?XRD?,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?,particle size and nitrogen adsorption.Experimental results show that reaction temperature have an important influence in morphology and gas sensitive performance.Gas sensor's synthetic conditions of temperature heating 170? for 24h more have spirit properties.The best working temperature of gas sensor is 240?.Gas sensor sensitivity to 100 mg/L ethanol is 2.71.Preparing flower-shaped Bi2WO6 using the hydrothermal treatment method.And we compound different types of Bi2WO6 nano-powder by changing the pH and temperature.We analyze scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray diffraction spectrum?XRD?and projection electron microscope?TEM?on the particle morphology,crystal structure and size.Experimental results show that reaction temperature,heating time,type of solvent have an important influence in morphology and gas-sensing properties.Gas sensor's synthetic conditions in preparation of constant temperature heating 170? for 24h more have spirit properties of materials.The best working temperature of gas sensor is 300 ?.Gas sensor have the good response-recovery performance and selectivity to ethanol gas.Gas sensor of Bi2WO6-W sensitivity to 100 mg/L ethanol is 7.96.Gas sensor of Bi2W06-A sensitivity to 100 mg/L ethanol is 6.45.
