Due to long-term water injection,most of the oilfields in China have entered the stage of high water cut development.Accurate measurement of water content in each layer of the oil well and achieving effective plugging are important for oil field development and Table production,which can avoid ineffective water circulation,improve the efficiency of water flooding development,and extend the life span of oilfield development.Water content measurement has become an important parameter in the dynamic monitoring of oil field exploitation.But the down hole oil-water two-phase flow fluid is complex,measurement of water content in crude oil is difficult,the coaxial phase water cut meter system is in the stage of high water cut oil,oil-water two-phase moisture measurement is difficult,difficult to measure accurately the actual problems,do in-depth analysis and study from the aspects of measurement theory,sensor,circuit design data processing,etc.In this dissertation,the development of measurement technology of crude oil moisture content at home and abroad is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used crude oil moisture content measurement method are introduced.The coaxial phase method is selected according to the characteristics of high water cut crude oil in our country.Propagation characteristics Measurement of water content of crude oil,electromagnetic wave propagation in oil-water mixed liquid phase shift coefficient,the size of the offset coefficient will follow the regular changes in the water content of crude oil.In this paper,the external factors influencing the measurement accuracy are analyzed in detail,the coaxial phase sensor is optimized and the coaxial sensor is optimized to reduce the interference of the external environment factors to the moisture content measurement and improve the measurement precision.The dynamic demand of oilfield exploitation provides a reliable basis for oilfield data monitoring and formulation of injection and production measures.In the measurement based on the theoretical analysis,the system of underground water content for the overall design,system mainly includes: the design of monitoring and management software and hardware design,down hole instrument down hole instrument software design and wells.The hardware,the main design of the electromagnetic wave generator,electromagnetic wave amplifier and phase difference detection machine,also introduces the circuit aided acquisition system design,reduce the measurement error of the external environment is introduced,provides a reference for the calibration of moisture content;introduces the software design of underground water cut meter work flow;computer monitoring management software is introduced the function and Realization principle.In order to guide well the experimental analysis of the stability and accuracy characteristics of moisture meter,and according to the experimental data fitting three-dimensional calibration Tab.,according to the experimental verification of the Tab.accuracy,proved the feasibility of the coaxial phase water cut meter system,accurate measurement of water content of high water cut oil rate has good application prospect.
