Abstract/Summary:
At present,in the case of that the economic situation at home and abroad impact on the cigarette production and management work is becoming more and more obvious,County of the Party Group let "on the cigarette level" as the current and future period of the industry’s basic policy and strategic task.Promote the development of information technology combining with the development strategy,the production and business operation and management decisions,give full play to the informationization’s support,promote and lead role,the policy of information supporting industry’s "on the cigarette level" strategy is imperative.In the construction of informationization of a tobacco company,Manufacturing Execution System is one of the important content.For the tobacco company,the manufacture of tobacco production line’s data acquisition mainly rely on the tobacco set control system,directly form the PLC of tobacco production equipment of data acquisition,factory production execution system acquires data from tobacco with the implementation of the database system.But in the process of the tobacco control system trial running,because of the reason such as workshop production label change point,data acquisition link congestion and the loss of data influence of Manufacturing Execution System data acquisition.Therefore,it need to build a bearing tobacco quality acquisition and monitoring system,through the independent of data acquisition to avoid the tobacco quality to digitize and transparent control management because of the tobacco control system’s lost data,and be more closer integration with the cigarette factory Manufacturing Execution System,integrated management system.The tobacco strips quality acquisition and monitoring system that we build is a subsystem of MES system,the system architecture is divided into four levels of application platform,data acquisition model configuration,tobacco strips quality acquisition and monitoring module and human-computer interaction interface.Application platform is mainly for data storage and build the software platform;data acquisition model is mainly including tobacco workshop production line’s model configuration,production equipment configuration and device address point model configuration;tobacco strips quality acquisition and monitoring module is the main implementation of tobacco strips workshop production process monitoring,quality control,data acquisition and statistical analysis;statistical analysis of human-computer interaction is provide business data and display interface.Through the construction of the tobacco strips acquisition and monitoring system,realize the tobacco companies’ tobacco strips quality of real time data acquisition and monitoring,play a positive role in the construction of MES system in the company,make the tobacco company to realize intelligent manufacturing.
