Research Of Air Pollution Governance In Kazakhstan

Air provides the necessary support for the survival and development of human beings.However,with the continuous improvement of the level of economic development and the increasing speed of the industrial process,the air pollution in Kazakhstan is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the management of air pollution has become a problem that need to be solved in Kazakhstan,however,due to the impact of various factors,there are still many problems in Kazakhstan's air pollution control.Combined with the situation of air pollution control of Kazakhstan,focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes in Kazakhstan air pollution control work at present,and further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for air pollution control of Kazakhstan.From the source of air pollution control in Kazakhstan,there are three main causes:the production of pollution,life pollution and traffic pollution.The production of pollution in the combustion of fuel,waste emissions and transportation pollution of automobile exhaust,are the main sources of air pollution.Therefore,the Kazakhstan air pollution control needs the government,enterprises and non-governmental organizations to join forces to break through geographical,administrative and legal constraints.The author suggests that the government's management should transit gradually from Kazakhstan traditional command-type to ' Government-enterprises-residents ' this diversified participation type in solving environmental problems which(the diversity type)complies with international community to promote the green,environmental protection,ecological urban development trend,so as to provide protection for Kazakhstan people's healthy life.Based on such background,study on the specific situation of air pollution in Kazakhstan,and puts forward effective air pollution control program and countermeasures.
